Our LPBC Team

When it comes to everything we do in the community, the LPBC is a team effort!  The engagement from our partners, community leaders, and thousands of "friends," helps shape and steer the LPBC and makes ALL we do possible.  When it comes to managing the organization and all of our events, media, and efforts, below is the team responsible.  Since the LPBC is owned by Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance, LLC, you'll find that we all have dual roles.

Jeremy C. Park

President

As President of the Lipscomb Pitts Breakfast Club, Park directs the LPBC team of more than 75 businesses, including some of the world’s largest employers, like FedEx, AutoZone, ServiceMaster, and Smith & Nephew, that host an array of media and more than 150 events each year to enrich and impact the community.

Under his leadership, the LPBC quickly transformed from a small, simple business networking group, hosting only a handful of events, into a powerful team of businesses now recognized internationally as an innovator in corporate philanthropy, social entrepreneurialism, and collective impact.

Park is the author of the "Giving Back" column, which he launched in 2010 and is published each Sunday in The Commercial Appeal.  He is author of the books, Giving Back with Purpose: fueling growth through community involvement, released by Main Street Books in December 2013; and Giving for Growth: Achieving Success Through Giving Back, released by Main Street Books in November 2015. Proceeds from both books benefit youth literacy programs in the Mid-South. Park executive produces and hosts the Lipscomb Pitts Breakfast Club Radio Show, which airs each Saturdays from 5-6 PM and Sundays from 9-10 AM on News Radio 600 WREC, and also executive produces and hosts the monthly television series, The SPARK, which can be seen the third Friday of each month at 7:30 PM on PBS's WKNO/Channel 10. He also hosts the TV series, "A Conversation With," and executive produces and hosts the annual televised awards show, The SPARK Awards, as well as the ChangeMakers Podcast. As a guest speaker, Park regularly keynotes events, leads panel discussions, and talks to groups about our LPBC model, shifts in corporate philanthropy, how giving leads to growth, cause marketing, and personal branding.

Park is also a Member of the LLC with Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance, LLC.  He was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 in 2010 and has been profiled in Inside Memphis Business Magazine's Power Players, which spotlights the top 400 business and community leaders in various industries, each year from its inception in 2010 to 2015.  Park has been featured in a number of national publications, such as Forbes Magazine, Fortune Magazine, and Leader's Edge, and author Bruce Weinstein, The Ethics Guy, featured Park in his 2015 national release, The Good Ones: Ten Crucial Qualities of High Character Employees.  He and his wife, Meredith, have two sons, Cooper and Cayson.  Park is heavily engaged in the community, serving on a number of nonprofit boards and committees, and is focused on making the Mid-South a place all of our children are proud to call home!
